Assisted Mercy Health on their Win7 Project. Track and report on the upgrade of 30,000 + desktops and
laptops to Windows 7 operating system for hospitals and medical facilities in Ohio and Kentucky. This
$40M project was completed in 1 year, on time and on budget.
· Successfully established and documented policy and procedures for receiving and deploying 200
upgraded computers rotating through the depot daily which are now being implemented in all
new depot locations.
· Document, report and track deployments for 7regions while either updating the record in
EPIC/CarePATH or sending them to the CarePATH team in a time critical manner.
